Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please contact our support team immediately with your order ID.
After 24 Hours: Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, sale/discounted products, and innerwear are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
